can’t log in to apex

i’m on xbox s, i load up the game and the title screen comes on as soon as i press continue it goes straight to a black screen and does nothing, i’ve restarted game, xbox and wifi. i haven’t been able to play the game in a week because it does this everyday, i’ve tried different servers but all does the same thing
