Can’t play the game. It says “This profile is not permitted to play online”

Already checked everything and don’t know what’s wrong. I went to the link they give you but not a response to my problem. I am coming back from not playing the game at all and don’t know what’s happening. Already checked if I was banned before and I have all my subscriptions up to date. Any help?
