Can’t Purchase Apex Packs
Hi 👋 My apex account is in the USA, and I still cannot purchase apex packs. The tab to purchase packs is greyed.

EA Staff (Retired)Hey @Catracho_Yoda Thanks for going through those steps, I am not currently aware of an issue that should cause only the Packs tab to be greyed out. To check have you unlinked your PSN account recently and linked to a new EA account? Also would it be possible to get a clearer picture of the screen?
Thank you for responding - attached is the photo with the greyed out apex packs tab. You’ll notice as welll that I cannot purchase any of the skins in the store because of the bundle with packs. If I unlink that account, will I lose my items ?

Hey @Catracho_Yoda To confirm if you have previously/recently done so it may cause issues in-game which is what I was checking for. If you have not unlinked in the past then we don't have to worry about that.
Are you still able to open packs you earn from level up or the battle pass?
