Can’t unlink steam account

I pretty much just lost 5 heirlooms. I unlinked my steam account from one of my ea accounts in an attempt to make one main ea account. Now I can’t unlink my steam account from the alt account. It’s locked there, anytime I go into a chat I get them saying there’s specific purchases in apex legends keeping me from unlinking the account. Hundreds and hundreds of dollars. Almost 2500 hours is inaccessible now because I can’t unlink my steam account to go back to my ea account that I have my time on. I have talked to 5 different chat agents, tried to delete the account, tried to merge the account, tried to unlink it I mean nothing. I don’t know if I’ll start over I mean that’s years worth of progress just gone.
