After downloading the update last week, Iv had issues with picking up loot, switching weapons trying to access any throwable, there’s delays in movement aiming. I play on Xbox series X Iv seen videos posted on YouTube already of people complaining. I’m just wondering how long it’s going to take for them to fix this issue? This is the only game left I enjoy and it’s sad that theirs constant issues with it.

This issue has been around for quite some time, I do certainly agree with that.
Today Respawn released a tweet saying that they were still investigating this issue:

Some users have been unable to play on the console platforms recently, so I'm personally assuming that they're working on it. (Doesn't mean I'm right)
Though at the very least they are aware of this issue and working on it, for now we'll just have to wait.
