Cannot connect to hongkong server
I live in singapore but my friends live in hong kong. I want to play hong kong server with them but hong kong server is closed with 100 percent packet loss and -1 ping. Pls help! Thank you!

Sounds like you the network routing from where you live to the game network hubs is hitting some bad servers resulting in packed loss. I can only recommend poking ISP to see if you can get other routing.
We don't control how you connect to our servers only that we accept it.
