Cannot connect to servers. Stuck on INITIALIZING.

I have an issue on 2 PCs in my house during last week. Without VPN or GearUPBooster service i cannot connect to lobby server. Stucking on INITIALIZING. I asking my provider bout tha and they request server ip for testing connection. So can anyone or support get to me server ip for my provider?
