Cannot Login on PS5 (Reset Password Prompt)

Posting here because I wasn't able to use the Connect Flow to create a case, saying my issue isn't supported by advisors.

When I try to login to the game on PS5, it takes me to a password reset screen. Upon login to my EA account to check if the PSN is linked, it is not. It's linked to some disabled ea.com account instead.

See screenshots below. Now I'm unable to play the game on PS5 at all because I can't get past this screen to login. I can't reset my password because it belongs to a [edit: email address removed] domain.

Please advise. Support page is useless as I cannot create a case nor find the correct type of issue that would be "supported by advisors". Disappointed as I was looking forward to trying Wildcard mode.

This is what I get when I try to open a support case. Useless page. I don't know how else I will be able to resolve this if I can't go through support.&nbsp;
