Can't accept invites / join games or be joined [PC]

I can't accept invites or join games or be joined. When I get an invitation and click on join nothing happens and the prompt disappears. [PC]

Hey @N0nSans. 

Is this happening when you're getting invites from people on your friends list, or is it only when you're getting invited to join a squad after you play a game?

    It's both as far as I can tell. But the most recent incidents were after a game.
