Did you recently unlink and then relink your Xbox account to a different EA account? If so, that's likely what's causing the issue. Apex has always had issues when you unlink it from its original account, but if you try relinking it back that should solve your issue for you.

I just recently updated for season 18, had no issues playing season 17 last week. I have never unlinked my account or anything. How do I solve this issue because it seems there is no solution and I am just being pushed in a circle.
- 3 years ago@Jpeachy69 I've had this bug for about 5 weeks now and so far there is no way to fix it. Some other players who have had the bug since the start of season 17 haven't found a solution either. I guess we just have to wait until EA decides to fix it. Hopefully that's sooner rather than later.
