Cant appeal for a ban anymore
A couple of months ago I was permabanned on my EA account. This was because of my STEAM USERNAME (something that's not affiliated to ea whatsoever). I've sent a couple of emails, which were basically met with a bot response that didn't seem to take my situation into account. I think something that is changed so easily should not be met with such a harsh punishment. The problem here is that 1. They banned my entire EA account and everything associated with it (when the violation was only on one game???) 2. I can't even appeal anymore, I'm met with a bot response that says I've appealed enough. I don't think this is right because even after a year I'm still unable to appeal?
I know this is not the place to be asking this but I'm unable to put this anywhere else. Thanks in advance to anyone who replies.

If the Terms of Service team have carried out multiple investigations into the ban and found the result was the same each time, further investigations into the same ban won't change that result. If they have confirmed the ban is correctly applied multiple times, and let you know there's nothing further they can do then I'm sorry to say that there is nothing that we can do to change this outcome.
