Cant buy apex coins on steam

Hello, I recently wanted to buy apex coins to be able to buy the ash launch bundle when it comes out, however when i open the apex coins shop in-game every option shows as unavailable and i cant find...

    Hi @zakazoki, 

    Are you currently running a VPN or anything like that? If so, can you try disabling it to see if that helps?

When you've got the chance I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can take a look at your account. They may be able to see what is preventing the purchase from going through. 

You can find more details on how to set up a case with the team at the EA Help website. You can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook instead.

I have just bought a 100 euro's worth of apex coins but i have not received them in game, but i have got a confirmation e-mail from steam that it was purschased and the 100 euro got deducted from account. 

How did this happen and how/ when am i gonna receive the apex coins?
