Accidentally purchased Ash recolor skin with Apex Coins instead of Legend Tokens

Hi, I accidentally bought the Ash recolor skin using Apex Coins instead of Legend Tokens because my mouse slipped while browsing the store.
I have plenty of Legend Tokens, so there’s no reason for me to spend 1800 Apex Coins on this skin.

I’ve been playing Apex Legends for a long time, and I’d really appreciate it if you could help me get a refund and reverse the purchase.
Please help me — I didn’t mean to buy it with Apex Coins.
