Can't connect to the lobby

Can't connect to the lobby

It keeps loading into the lobby but nth has changed for more than an hour. Is there a way I could solve it?

I turned the quality and effects higher and better before it happens.

    @smallkwong Do you have any antivirus, firewall, vpn or proxy on the device or network that may interfere with the connection? If not, can you try running Steam and Apex as admin?

    @smallkwong What platform are you on? Do you just sit in the loading page before entering the lobby or get errored out?

    @EA_Illium Steam.
    Yes. It didn't get an error and kick me out from the game but it sticks at the loading page.
