Can't even play the game

I can't play the game, ever time I load to the main screen and press Play the game will load for a second then close. I re stall the game and verified the game but nothing. I looked up videos and tryed everything but nothing

crashing

freezing

launching

Are you getting any error messages at all when this happens, or is the game just sending you back to desktop without any notification? Are you able to grab a screenshot if any error messages are appearing?

Repairing and reinstalling the game are usually pretty good steps, but if that doesn't do the trick there may be something else conflicting with the game or anticheat launching. This is often a conflicting antivirus or security program, but I'd definitely try going through these steps to see what else you're able to check on your system.
