Can't Find a Game - Matchmaking is broken

Ive spent roughly 1 hour and 30 mins trying to find a game in NY servers and i still haven't found a game is the game just dead or is matchmaking broken the only time i can find a game is on London servers and i lag so bad i cant play i am extremely disappointed in EA right now please if anyone has any advice

    Hey @NeoKiaNimbus, 

    If you're still running into the same matchmaking issues can we try running through some troubleshooting steps to see if we can help stop it from happening? A good place to start off would be with the basic connectivity steps over at the EA Help website. 

    If you're still running into the same issues after that try running through the platform-specific steps as well: 

    - PC

    - Xbox One

    - PlayStation 4

    Seems like the servers a down right now

    There is an outage being investigated, thanks for making sure we were aware!

    Since this particular thread was troubleshooting an individual older situation I'm going to lock it to prevent any confusion.
