Can't get into lobby

I just fixed this issue by reinstalling game in other region(Japan)

I'm sure the content in Taiwan's Microsoft Store might cause the issue.

我換日本的地區商店安裝，現在可以登入遊戲。

台灣商店下載的遊戲內容有問題，大家可以試試看。

Update：

The issue happened again after setting the console region back to Taiwan.....

Then I set the region in Japan, the game lobby is back.

Could it be connection problem in Taiwan?

把主機地區調回台灣後，又發生了一樣的問題。

切換成日本區後又正常。會是台灣連線的問題嗎?

一開始是我的xbox有這個問題，現在連我的ps4有相同問題了，請問有官方可以了解一下嗎

update:

i find a way to play now (according to Ramonkaixa's solution)

i setting my language (location not necessary) from Chinese to any language and reboot xbox

then it works   i can play now

but i don't like it 

if this is the only way to solution 

i don't want setting my language and reboot xbox everytime when i want play apex

so it's must something wrong in problem(especially the language part) 

i can play apex (2020.01.29) before this problem happened(2020.01.30)

so please   

i  hope  your great team could  solution this problem

and i find something different in Chinese and  in other language (screenshot-2 and screenshot-3)

in Chinese there are no accessibilty option

but   in other language  there are  accessibilty option

不用改地區 只需求改語言後 重開機後 就能進遊戲了

只是這樣很麻煩 要玩其他遊戲時又要改一次  對我們這些中文(繁或簡中的)很不方便

希望能早點解決 因為之前都沒這問題

語言換成英文確實可以玩apex了，這樣我的xbox主機介面就會變成英文版，我看不懂英文，對我造成很大的困擾

Every time I start Apex it pops up saying

“There was a problem processing game logic. Please try again,

[UI] Index “5” is beyond array size 5”

 I’ve tried restarting the game and restarting my console (Xbox one) with no success, anyone else getting this problem? Very annoying! Can’t play at all ☹️

EDIT: I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game and still have the same problem

Same I get on and it goes to lobby 1 sec later processing game logic and back to main menu I go ps4
