Cant get through the main login screen

This has been happening for a few weeks now. Every time here and there when I start up my apex, i cant even get through the main screen because it would tell me an error that it is my internet connection which I know its not because every other game works perfectly. ive tried restarting my router, restarting my game, clearing the cache, deleting and redownloading the game, and so on. But this error will just not be fixed unless i play apex a whole day or two  later. what should i do?
