Can't sign in since S8 update but can on another account

So I can sign into my girlfriend's account with no issues, can even play games. When I try to go to my account I get to the main connection screen to press 'X' (PS4) and it takes a second to 'attempt to connect' then on about 6/9 it typically goes through. Once that goes through it brings up the main menu but then instantly brings me back to the connect screen. Spent money on the account so would be a waste to lose it....Can provide a video. This happens wether I restart the game/console Everytime, haven't played since the update.

    Having the exact same problem, starting to get annoying that i can't play the game, deleted and then re-installed the game with no luck. It's always back to the home screen.
