Challenger Circuit - teammate ineligable to play

hello! My team registered for Challenger Circuit this Saturday, February 3rd at 2pm CST. We all recieved email verification when we signed up and the team was all good. Today i checked on our BattleFy team account and it says to Contact Ea because there was a ALGS Year 4 Registration error with his account. EA hasn't got back to use yet so looking for any help we can get. It says we are ineligable for the tournament but our team is still up and we can see our names on the teams registered on BattleFy. 

Does anyone know whats going on and how maybe how to fix this issue?
