Character select screen bugs

For many months now ... I want to say since the start of season 9? ... I have been encountering multiple bugs with the character select screen. I really haven't observed this happening to any streamers I watch, so it kind of makes me think that the issue only exists on XBox One, which is what I'm currently playing on (an XBox One S, to be specific).

It seems there are four possible ways the screen bugs out, and I've uploaded a clip of each of them. I haven't experienced this happening in Arenas (that I can remember, specifically), but it absolutely happens in both pubs and ranked matches. I'm not sure if these bugs are connected in some way, but due to there being so many possible ways to fail to load something about the character select screen, it's actually pretty common that I'm left with one of these four outcomes. I would honestly say one in every three games I play will result in one of the four following bugs occurring:

Bug #1: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HiN3s81gLNU . -- Nothing at all will display. No characters, no sounds (outside of the music), I get no response from the controller, there's no display of the squad or champion banners... nothing.

Bug #2: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=odDuFHQscQg. -- This is pretty much the exact same thing as Bug #1 except that it displays my teammates as if they're standing in the world. This one seems to be incredibly rare. For as long as this has been happening to me, this specific bug where I can actually see the teammates has only ever happened this one time that I can recall.

Bug #3: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KX5eaceY0oI. -- Here there are no characters to select from and I get no response from my controller, but I can at least see my squadmates and hear/see the characters they select.

Bug #4: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SFfm465LN6o. -- This is the best case scenario. I actually have use of my controller/cursor, but I can't see any of the squad at the bottom. I kind of have to guess or discern which position I'm picking in by process of elimination.
