Club Operation 19 failed -1 “then shows Numbers/Letters”not found.

Hello, 

I’m hardwired to my console “Xbox” 

this errors shows up just about every time I win a game in Trios, Duos, & Ranked. Also, my Win tracker for my main character does not get counted for and the 1st place does not show up in the club history. But kills count in the tracker… 

Therefore every win I get doesn’t count as a win… My network connection is great with no issues. 

This just started happening  since Late January 2023. Assumed it was a bug, but the issue still persist. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
