Hiim since today getting 50loss packet and these errors: error snake / Net channel removed.Im quite scared to play ranked because in pubs i get 3-4 fluent working games and then im dropping again in a lobby with 50 loss packet where i cant even leave the lobby even when i restart apex its still lagging, having loss packet every single match and this goes on for 4+ games till it gets normal.is this happening to anyone lately to?

@iOverFreaked_u It might be best to try reaching out to them directly to see if they have any insight on what might be happening. If it's something that's affecting a lot of players they may already be aware, but it would probably still be best to contact them and see.

First I'd recommend starting out with the basic connectivity steps from the EA Help website to see how that goes. If you're still seeing any of the same issues after that please let me know. Thanks!

its really not my pc / you can test whatever you want im getting it since last saturday.
. im also getting this in ranked now and i cant even leave the lobby i need to restart apex the whole time so it works out.
the confusing stuff is that my teammates didnt have any problems it was just me this is so random i cant even enjoy ranked i dropped so many points because players are teleporting at my fov.
had rn 3 fluent matches and 2 with loss/choke
i can send you a video in pn if that works, i recorded the problem.

Does this only happen if you're queuing up with a squad, or does that not matter?

@EA_Kentno im solo queue, i just had to close the game some hours ago because i went into 3 matches straight with loss/choke in ranked lost bunch of points.

im up for doing any tests, usually i know that my internet is always going fluent since im not expierincing this in any other game but apex.

@EA_Kent also another update i tried playing via origin / steam same results, i went for 12 ranked matches yesterday and only 1 match with loss/choke its very random

Could we try setting a different DNS in Windows to test and see if that makes a difference? I've spoken with some people in the past who mentioned that helped with some similar issues.

You can change the DNS through the Windows TCP/IP settings. For more info on how to get there check out the Microsoft Support website. Choosing the manual option will let you enter a DNS of your choice. I usually go with the public Google DNS (Primary DNS: 8.8.8.8; Secondary DNS: 8.8.4.4), but some people have also mentioned the public Cloudflare DNS can also help (Primary DNS: 1.1.1.1).

@EA_KentI mean its really not about my router or internet, this one is very confusing rn.. I never had this issue it popped up last saturday and since then i cant enjoy the game for almost a week now..

is there really no other fix then changing DNS?
some servers i get pck / loss some i dont, and im not looking forward to play on 120ping servers honestly said.

I think it's worth a try to see if it helps. I've heard from other people in the past who were having similar issues who've said that using a different DNS made a difference.

@EA_Kent Hi, i did yesterday a clean boot, and followed some youtube steps for the dns change.

In all honesty i belive i done everything right but still it gets me loss/choke games.

Also i cannot even start now apex legends via steam it gives me some crash error i can only play it via origin now.

This is so frustrating i cant play properly since a week im not enjoying it at all anymore lost so many points in ranked also grind days, I wont be home for at least another 3 days so i wont be able to test anything out to fix the bugg.

Could you check if its something wrong with my account? Because its nothing with my router or internetspeed i play'd yesterday some BR and moba games and i didnt have any issues with my ping or either troubleshooting / loss choke

@EA_Kent i dont want to seem penetrant but is there any updates for my issue?

I'm right now not at home i will be away for around a week so i wont be able to test it but i hope on any advices / fix for my problem so i can finally enjoy the game again when i get back home.
