Please help with this code snake..it’s not possible to play apex..freezing or kicking out..no ban nothing..

I'm sorry, but account bans aren't something we're able to help with on Answers HQ. If the TOS team reviewed your account and determined the ban should stick, I'm afraid it won't be removed.
I had to look up code😕nake. I don't see how I am cheating. I have my settings the way I want. Xbox has a aim assist on all the time even when I take it off. How is it cheating, if the creator's put it in the game. Help fix your problems. Because I keep getting code😕nake. I want to keep playing the game. I would hate to make another account. I put so much time into my main account.
I'm getting temporary banned. Because,You guys have aim assist on xbox and we get banned for having it. Everytime I take it off. It stays on. It's * stupid. I put so much time into my main account just to delete it. Help fix the problem.
