Hello,
I was casually playing Apex Legends, when I got prompted with a message, "The client's game account has been banned: Banned". However, when I pressed continue, I could press play. Normally, it would show as 'Register', and wouldn't let you sign in to another account. I would press play, and then be greeted with the "Unable to connect (code: snake)". Still rather interesting, I could just press continue, and press play. This time, I would be able to load into the lobby. Now, this is the weird part. If I try to play any game online, few seconds into the game, and I would be struck with these messages. Same issues, same problems; I can't play the game. However, if I go to the firing range, I can play all day long. At the start of every match, I can see the Packet Loss icon too. Rather weird.
So far, I haven't received any emails from EA about any banning; and I can't see any bans if I go to My Ban History. What can I do to solve for this?

Edit: Received an email from EA - according to them, I’m cheating; which is a false accusation. I’ve never cheated, nor will cheat. All in the spirit of the game
