Code:tap Ranked. Few Disconnects then a Connect. Possible RP exploit.

Whenever i enter the ranked playlist i get kicked usually 2 times with the code:tap error into the main screen and every other attempt i get to join a ranked game this issue has followed me since the previous season, usually to avoid it i requeue ingame however even that has its limits usually i just roll with it however it makes playing with others a hassle to them and me. And since it kicks be with no penalty i can see this being abused to avoid entrance penalties in ranked effectively giving you zero losses. Although the existence of a chance to actually connect all three members exists so thats probably why it isnt abused much.

I have tried: uninstalling, changing my dns, changing from ivp6 to ivp 4, changing network protocols, reseting adapter settings, reseting network settings, resetting firewall settings, changing dns to automatic. changing the ranked server. every single thing. 

monitored, no ping spike, the biggest decline was from 65ms -> 63ms, the biggest incline was from 65 -> 65.

Im at my wits end
