Here are some steps to perform to see if connection issues continue.
- Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Port Forward
- Flush DNS (first section in the link)
- Untick the options in LAN Settings (make sure nothing is checked under Proxy Server)
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is different DNs you would rather use)
- Allowing Origin/Steam and Apex through your anti-virus or firewall
- Run Origin/Steam and Apex as an administrator (by right-clicking desktop icons and selecting 'run as admin")
- Repair - Origin | Verify - Steam
- Clear Origin Cache
- Reset Internet Explorer settings (Origin uses IE, even if you use another browser for daily use)
- Clean Boot
