Are you always connecting to the same datacenter or does this happen on others as well?

I have the same exact issue, code net, code cloud, code leaf, all the east servers. I rarely get a code disconnect on the weekend, and during the week between 10Am and 2PM I disconnect every match, i've tried multiple DNS settings, flushing dns before each time I boot up apex, power cycling. Im not trying a different modem and router for one game that is ridiculous, I have my pc hard wired to the modem. The biggest spit in the face is the 10 minute abandonment penalty im routinely getting and with the new ranking system its officially impossible for me to rank up.
- 4 years ago@EA_Aljo no i havent tried a different router or a modem, i dont own one, and im not willing to spend on a new router unless you guys want to send me one. just to clarify, i play other multiplayer games such as r6, valorant and i have never faced any type of disconnection. I have tried another windows acc and the outcome is the same.

Hell, I am having the same problem. 3 times in a row Getting Code: Cloud. I tried everything you recommended in this thread. Also, 1 time got this error in the attachment >

If nothing suggested is working, it would be best to open a case with an advisor to see if they have any other suggestions. That can be done here.
I understand not wanting to purchase new equipment. I just wanted to know if you had tried any other equipment so we could rule out an issue with yours. Unfortunately, I don't have anything else to suggest so it would be best to contact an advisor.
There's a solution post for the error you're receiving here. Try that and let me know what happens.

I can see that a lot of people started a topic on a forum with this type of problem. I think it's problem in the Apex, not our connection or graphic drivers. It all started with the new season patch...

Did you roll back to the previously installed driver or the drivers that were specified in that thread I linked? That thread is a little old so just rolling back to the previous driver before this started happening should be tried.
I see they told you they think this is a bug. I'm not aware of a bug that would cause this currently. Unfortunately, all I can suggest is contacting an advisor again. It might be good to try our Twitter support also.
