4 years agoIf nothing suggested is working, it would be best to open a case with an advisor to see if they have any other suggestions. That can be done here.
I understand not wanting to purchase new equipment. I just wanted to know if you had tried any other equipment so we could rule out an issue with yours. Unfortunately, I don't have anything else to suggest so it would be best to contact an advisor.
There's a solution post for the error you're receiving here. Try that and let me know what happens.
