Constant desync and packet loss

Have to constantly delete anti cheat .sys whenever launch options are changed otherwise I get anti cheat not installed error. Also getting consistent packet loss, stuttering, freezing in all game modes and ranked is completely unplayable. Severe desync. No network issues, region doesn’t say packet loss. Staying at consistent 40ms ping and staying at 240-250fps. Deleted and reinstalled multiple times between EA and Steam. Game is essentially unplayable. Also not running at max settings. Running Intel i7 12700F, 4070 Super Evo, 750w psu. Only apex runs like this. Already contracted EA Support and nothing yet. PLEASE HELP!!!!!
