Another thing that might help would be changing the DNS settings in Windows. I've seen some cases where using a different DNS can help with similar issues. You can update the DNS settings through the Windows TCP/IP settings. For more info on how to get there check out the Microsoft Support website. Choosing the Manual option will let you enter a DNS of your choice.
I typically go with the public Google DNS (primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4), but if there's a different DNS you would rather use instead that would be OK as well. Let me know if you're still having any issues with prediction errors after that. Thanks!
