Crash in lobby/on launch

I decided to try apex again about 3 days ago. I have been fighting with this issue for the past 3 days and im slowly loosing it. I've updated my BIOS, Repaired the game, Updated Graphic drivers, cleaned the PC, ive turned my P cores on my pc from 57x down to 54 still nothing, tried running it through dx11 didn't work. I've tried running it on other game launchers, didnt work. I reset my tweaks to be factory, did sfc scannow, and a whole lotta stuff. and im so confused. weirdly, it doesnt give a crash code or anything. I can still hear the game music in the back. sometimes, it does just crash and drop the game at launch. Or you get the rare black frozen screen when trying to load into the lobby.

What ESPECIALLY makes me MAD is that this error is happening on a Very expensive rig. Ill list the specs below:

RTX 4080

I914900k

64 Gigs of DDR4 Ram

Steel Legend Z690 Motherboard

and 2 very good samsung ssd's.
