Crash to desktop at lobby , can't play after the update

Hello 🙂

Big Problem after the update.  My game starts/launch and in lobby after 1 to 3 seconds closes without error or warning to desktop. Sometimes during those 1 to 3 seconds I notice that the game character trembles  ... and then the game closes completely. Dont let me do anything in game. 

I tried a clean boot, update everything,  reinstall drivers) but didnt work. The computer has all the latest updates.

I never had a problem playing apex until the recent update. Sad and feeling helpless.

i7-4790K CPU@4.00Hz

1920x1080, 60 Hz

RAM 24 GB

Window 10 Home , operating system 64 bits

GeForce game ready driver 442.50

does anyone know how i can solve this problem?

    Hey @iFennecfoxx. 

    Crashes are always pretty frustrating to deal with. Let's see if we can help get this fixed for you here. 

    Looking at the DxDiag you sent us I noticed that you have a couple different storage drives in your PC. Do you have Apex Legends installed on a different drive than the Origin client itself? If so, can you try moving the game over to the same drive? I've seen some cases where having the Origin client installed on another drive can cause some weird issues.

    @EA_Kent, Hi. Yes, Apex Legens is installed in the same storage as origin. When I reinstalled both programs to see if it solved the problem, I installed it to make sure they were both in the same storage. I put them both on the (C: ).
