Cross degression and lack of support
There have been a lot of questions about people who have lost items through cross progression. 
I am one of them. 
I have submitted tickets with no response.
Questions on forums with no response.
Everyone is asking the same question. 
This sort of crap is going to speed run Apex legends into the gutter. 
Is there anything that can be done about lost items during cross progression? 
I got the prompt and it gave my account with the most progress everything from the account with the least progress.

- Which platforms do you play on?
- What is their PSN or Gamertags?
- Did you play on them before Oct 26th, 2023?
- What items are missing?
- Please share any other information that might be relevant.
 
 - Please Note, that the process of merging accounts is automated for all EA/Apex Legends accounts. The process will look at all connected platforms tied to an EA account and "grab" the one with the highest level to make your new main account. - Our system will then merge all eligible items and progress together for you to access across each connect platform on the account. Any non-eligible items will still be accessible on their specific platform (such as platform-specific skins), and some progress may be lost as it used your progress from the new main account. - For more information on how cross-progression works between platform accounts, check out our post: - Now that Cross Progression is here: what you need to know - One thing to note you may be missing items or progress if you: - A) Unlinked your platform accounts from their EA account, to link them all to a single EA account. In this case, your items/progress are still on the old EA account, as progress/items are stored at the EA account level. If you wish to attempt to recover them, that platform will need to link back to its original EA account. - B) You created/ first played on a platform account that was created after the cut-off date of Oct 26th, 2023. In this case, any progress, unlocked items, or purchases would not be eligible for cross-progression. - Thanks!
