Cross progression 2 accounts

Does respawn have ay plans to fix cross progression with accounts that are stuck with different emails, for context i started playing apex on ps4 when it first came out however i moved to pc and at the time i couldnt use my psn account on the ea app for desktop so i had to make a new ea account however now when i tried to setup the cross progression i was told if i unlink my psn account from my other ea account i would lose my progress i have already talked to ea support however the person i chatted with was just insulting me lol and was confused to the situation and was no help, i know the deadline was for the oct 26 however i was unable to set it up due to the lack of help from the useless ea support and it just kept getting delayed and i was worried about losing my account progress all together ive heard alot of people have the same issue so are there any plans on addressing this?

    Hey @amongus20201,

    If you update the email on your EA Account, that would just change the login information for the account. That would not affect Cross Progression.

    Two different EA Accounts cannot use the same email, so that wouldn't change things as you're hoping, unfortunately.

    If you have progress on two separate EA Accounts, there is not a way to combine that progress.

    Having different emails does not have any negative affect on cross progression.

    Only having 2 different EA Accounts with whatever platform accounts you have linked will not be eligible for cross progression. The accounts have to be linked under the same main EA Profile in order for cross progression to take into affect.

    Any secondary account made in Apex Legends after the set date, your accounts won't be eligible to merge.

    What if i change the email and make them the same will that corss progress the account with my hairloom?

    Hey @amongus20201,

    If you update the email on your EA Account, that would just change the login information for the account. That would not affect Cross Progression.
