Trying here because it's been 17 days without a response from EA...
I'm trying to link my PSN account to my EA account but it's already linked to an old EA account with an email that I don't have access to anymore because there is no domain , no inbox (I know the password of it, but when you try to log in they send a confirmation email and well, it's unusable I can't click confirm, neither on smartphone) And so I've emailed EA for help but nothing yet... hope an employee see this or something
Icefayyy If you were hoping to be able to link a new PlayStation Account to your EA Account, you sadly won't be able to as the old PlayStation Account has a lifetime link to your EA Account.
Furthermore, if you are trying to recover your EA Account, you would need to go through EA Support as account related issues cannot be handled here on the forums, (however if you are trying to recover your PlayStation Account, you would need to go through PlayStation Support instead).
Icefayyy I think you meant if the old PlayStation Account was deleted, then yes, even if that account gets deleted, there would still be the lifetime link with your EA Account, (and also, your EA Account is the account with all your Apex progress and data, so if you were to delete that account, everything will be gone as well).
You could try contacting EA Support as in some cases they are able to help, (however, there is no guarantee that they would be able to help in your case).
No I meant if the EA account gets deleted, if the link with the PSN account will be severed. There is no way in a million years I'd delete my playstation account lol. I just want to link that PSN account with my current Icefayyy account, so I want the old EA account to be deleted. Also the link you sent me is where I sent my two tickets from but got none replies but thank you for your help nontheless
Icefayyy If I'm understanding you correctly, you have an old EA Account that you cannot unlink your PlayStation Account from and you play Apex from your current EA Account, so there won't be any loss of your Apex progress or data if the old EA Account was deleted and/or the PlayStation Account was unlinked from it.
If that is the case, you can try signing into your old EA Account, (and I suggest using your PlayStation Account as the sign-in method to ensure you are signing into the right account):
Once you sign into your old EA Account, you can then go to the connected accounts tab and remove your PlayStation Account from your old EA Account:
Note: After you remove your PlayStation Account from your old EA Account, you will be able to link your PlayStation Account to any other EA Account that has never been linked to a different PlayStation Account before.
If you are met with a two step verification while trying to sign-in via PlayStation, you would need to contact EA Support to help recover that EA Account so that you may unlink your PlayStation Account, (and if the old EA Account were to be deleted, your PlayStation Account should become free to be linked to another EA Account as well).
What you are saying is that you do not have access to that old EA account because you do not have access to the e-mail linked to that old EA account, right?
