When I first got the prompt I did restart and the prompt hasn’t come back on my pc since then. To start the progression

The process itself is automatic, Do you have other platforms you play on that are missing something?

Hmm I not sure cuz I have my PlayStation account that is linked to ea that is my main account. do I have to link my steam as well to have both accounts linked to ea

To confirm you play Apex on Steam and PSN?
Prior to Migration, any platform you would have played Apex would have had to have been linked to an EA account. The issue would be is you used separate EA accounts for Steam and PSN.
To check, the account you played more on (had more progression, a higher player level, etc) do you see that account's progress on your other one?
Also to check, do you play on both prior to Oct 26th?

@EA_Illium Hello mate I was just wondering if you could confirm something for me
so I had to link my Xbox account to the correct ID, despite this all my Xbox progress had reset to level 1 etc but it seems to be linked with my Pc account which was level 1 anyway which is fine.
I spoke to a customer service adviser and they said my account still had all my stuff on it from what he could see and it’s most likely a glitch that they’re working on, can you Confirm this is true?
im sure you have hundreds of fixes in the coming weeks but just checking they were correct
