Just to check, are you only seeing the progress you already had on PC?
All of your progress is stored on the EA account level, so if you unlinked your PlayStation from its original EA account to link it to another one, all of the progress it had stays behind. So by relinking your PlayStation elsewhere, none of the progress you had would carry over. Your best bet would be to relink your PlayStation back to where it was and play from that EA account instead.
