I'm trying to link my current accounts together on Apex Legends so I can get all my skins and everything on one account and there appears to be an old email I have no clue about tied to my account, Is there anyway support would be able to manually go through on the back end to fix this for me or should I not even waste my time?

If you unlink your platform account and link it to a different EA Account, any entitlements, like in-game rewards, points, and items, will remain on the EA Account that your platform was first linked to.
You may want to look into changing the email address on the account or merging accounts instead, but that would first require finding the email address for your old EA Account.
