Cross progression missing content

I linked my psn account to my ea account earlier today so I could have my apex assests from playstation cross over to PC. When I opened apex on PC I saw that I had gained my old level back but non of my skins and assets that I bought with money. The only things that I was given was my old level, 66 thousand legend credits and 66 apex packs. I contacted support they said they can not see my old assets even though I have proof of my purchases. They also told me that they can not see any progress on apex from the psn id I gave them even though when I go to check it myself I can see 201 hours played. What should I do, I literally had 100+ dollars worth of stuff and I want it back.

It would be whichever EA account that PSN was unlinked from before getting it linked to the current EA account you're using. I wouldn't be able to see any other accounts or emails you may have used here, so it would just be a matter of going through the linking process again but using the account details for your other account.

If you're not sure what other account or email was used, I'd try logging in with any other emails you've had in the past to see if there's an EA account associated with that email. You will likely need to get back in touch with support at that point to help get the accounts re-linked, as if you had just moved that PSN today there will likely be a cooldown before it can be moved again.

How am I able to access the EA account that the psn was originally connected to?

Yes KingOfWorld_03, that's because it's still on the old account.

It does not transfer just because you've moved your PSN from one EA account to another, it stays on the original EA account.

The EA account you're posting with has never accessed Apex via PlayStation. That means whichever EA account your PSN was linked to previously is the one with that progress.

    Hey KingOfWorld_03,

To clarify what's happened here, progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress. Your progress cannot be moved between different EA accounts.

In this case you'd need to move your PSN back to the original EA account it was on prior to this one, then try logging into that EA account from a PC platform like Steam/EA app. Moving your PSN to a new EA account would let you access that EA account content on PlayStation, not copy over progress from a different account entirely.

We are not able to make any changes to your account status or progress via the forums, but if something was linked or unlinked incorrectly it may be worth reaching back out to support to see if the original platforms can be re-linked.
