As we continue looking into this, we did just want to confirm which account is being used to play Apex.

If you haven't already, please let us know:

Platform you play Apex on (i.e. PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, EA app)
The account name you play under (not email)

Hey, I have the same issue as the others stated. I play on Steam and my account name is Lariiz.

This issue has been going for over a week now and I'd really like for it to be fixed as soon as possible.
