Daily tasks are not refreshed, and weekly tasks are delayed for updates

Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. After Cross progession

How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? 100

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? I cant see or complete any challenges/daily challenges. they also don't reset and my daily challenges say "daily - inactive". So I can't complete any of the event challenges to get any items.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to complete my daily challenges and event challenges. In addtion to seeing my challenges as well.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Bug happened after cross progression

After Cross progression, my daily challenges become inactive. I also can't complete any event challenges and I can't even see what challenges I need to complete for events because the section is blank for me. I have uninstalled and reinstalled my game but that hasn't helped. It makes completing the battlepass very difficult. Hopefully someone has some answers.

My daily tasks for my pass are not refreshed. Normally, the weekly tasks for my pass have already started for the first week, but I still have more than a week left to start. And my activity task is displayed as empty.As shown in the picture, the season has already begun, but my weekly tasks still have a week to refresh, and my activity bar shows no tasks.
