I have not had any issues with "Apex Legends" until about a two weeks ago when all of a sudden my "Data Centers" started showing New York and South Carolina as having better ping than a Virginia server even though that's where I live. It also shows St. Louis as having a -1 ping and 100 packet loss. This issue has come with excessive rubberbanding and stuttering which makes the game unplayable.
I live an saint Louis and since it's got to ping -1 with PL at 100% the game is physically unplayable for me even when I try to change data centers my lag is so bad that the game is skipping in the drop ship flying let along once you get boots on ground.
I been having the same problem and no matter what sever I change to it always is happing I tired everything I could and still messes up
