deta servers my apex account is stuck in london servers and im confused because when i try to change it it stays in the same server and im starting to get annoyed because im getting an avergae of 13...

This is usually an indication of the servers being down or some internet issues.
If you are playing on a console platform then I highly recommend to power cycle your console and your router, as this usually resolves these types of issues.
