Did not receive apex coins
I purchased $60 worth of apex coins through steam and have not received them yet. I was charged by steam to my bank and that transaction went through. Then Apex took the money out of my steam wallet...

Thanks for reaching out. We've since seen reports confirming that the coins have come through for some. Could you check once more to see if your coins have since arrived? Try these steps also:
- Confirm your purchase is processing in your bank account.
- Quit out of the game completely, then restart it.
- If you’re playing on Steam, try launching your game from the EA app.
- Powercycle your system.
If the coins haven't shown up after that, please gather your proof of purchase for the missing Apex Coins and contact our support team directly. They'll take a look into it for you from there.
