Did not receive apex coins
I purchased $60 worth of apex coins through steam and have not received them yet. I was charged by steam to my bank and that transaction went through. Then Apex took the money out of my steam wallet...

So after downloading the game again via EA-App my purchased coins... are still not there.
So I opened another (5th or 6th) case with EA support and they said they will forward my case to a 'dedicated team'.
Oh yeah before I forget. 'Proof of purchase' means: make screenshots of your purchase within the Steam WEBSITE, not the app.
Screenshots of the Steam app do not count as proof of purchase, only screenshots taken from store.steampowered.com where the whole page, including your taskbar, are visible...

@cRn1710Do you know if it is generally not possible to buy apex coins via steam or has it just been efecting some, but not all purchases?
