Did Not Receive My Guaranteed Legendaries or Iconic Event Item - Final Fantasy

Hello,

I recently purchased the "Four-Pack" during the Final Fantasy VII event. To my surprised I almost only received Epic rewards with only one legendary out of four legendary packs. It states, "Get a Four-Pack to guarantee a Legendary or Iconic event item (until all those rarities are obtained)". I am honestly outraged with the situation, and was hoping for compensation. Especially with the discount going down with each event item I obtain, I had to spend more money than expected to receive those legendaries. Considering I did not receive but one, now if I want to take my chances to get what I want I will have to spend even more money. Not to be personal, but I am a college student and frankly I can not afford to spend more than I already have. I am very upset with the outcome and I am not sure what compensation you'd be willing to do for this situation. Depending on the compensation I will receive, I may not be satisfied. Can we work something out? I read everything, I should have been guaranteed something I did not receive. I know that there has been an issue, I know people who bought the pack and got all their legendaries. Reach out to me if you need anymore of my information; thank you!
