Did not receive season 21 rank rewards

Hello-

Did not receive animated pred badge because of a know glitch for Season 21.  I reached pred and kept for both splits but it shows plat 2 for split 1.  Here are pics of proof.  Can I please get this sorted.  thank you.

    if you read, you need to be pred rank on both splits to get animated badge.
