Hello! I got the new update for apex legends and all my friends got loot boxes and legend tokens but i did not get anything. I got very upset about this because my friends got 24000 legend tokens and i did not get the legend tokens or any loot boxes. I need a explanation.

I have the same problem. My colleague with lover level than me and no battle pass earned his packs and tokens and I don’t have anything.
I wonder if this is some kind of bug?

Contact EA Support ASAP. People here can't do anything about your problem.
I talked with EA Support ASAP and they don't solve my problem, and also I don't know if I will receive some penalty... so sad

If you where max level you should have received 14 new packs.
