Community ManagerIt sounds like you may be having issues with your connection. I would suggest taking a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/
It'll take you a couple of minutes to do them all but please do take the time and do them all.

i spent like 15 minutes reading all that troubleshooting problems and stuff and downloaded that thing that checks the connection, you want us to send pictures and other proof with .txt in notepad. EA you cant even have pictures in notepad how are we supposed to send the pictures and proof of our connection if we have to send as a .txt file. its embarrasing that a company this big are ruining a game this good just because of their * servers. i even checked it and it said i was having good connection but i keep on disconnecting once in two matches.
